**Customer Service Advisor

  • 2nd Line**:

Hybrid; when you have to go to site for team meetings or training, you'll be based at the Sheffield Contact Centre.

12-month contract with the potential to go permanent. Full and part time roles available, the training is 2 weeks full time.
**£20,182.50, Monday-Friday 9am-8pm and Saturday

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and proactively manage issues before they impact our customer
  • Feeding back to our business and suggesting ways to improve whether process, journey or execution
  • If an issue does impact, investigate and own the customer's case from initial contact through to resolution
  • Identifying the cause of an issue while utilising the tools available to enable a resolve in a timely manner

You will need:


  • Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
  • To place our customers at the heart of every interaction and be the voice of our customer
  • To take ownership when our customers need our help it can be the best time to drive a positive and lasting experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills
