Juice is excited to be supporting a leading property management company based in Bath, in their search for a Property Coordinator to join their talented team.

We are open to individuals from a variety of working backgrounds, such as hospitality, retail, customer service, and administration.

This role will see you providing a high level of customer and client service as well as integral administrative support to your team.

The Role

You will be overseeing a portfolio of vacated properties ensuring that they are marketed in approved timescales and fulfil the client's expectations.

Duties include but are not limited to Overseeing a portfolio of properties to be marketed for let

Liaising with letting agents
Managing marketing for all properties
Communicating with clients to ensure properties are ready to be relet
Checking in with landlords to ensure relevant compliance is updated
Uploading all new properties to the system
Reviewing checkin/checkout documents
Ensuring properties meet required standards
Communicate maintenance issues when required

About you

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced role and can adapt easily to changing situations.

You will be able to prioritise your workload and be a strong problem-solver.
