The Role

A&P Falmouth are currently recruiting a full time
HR Advisor/Administrator, to support the Group HR Manager in all aspects of Human Resources.

We are looking for someone to join our HR team in Falmouth who is passionate about people and driven by creating a safe and positive workplace.

This role will provide a solid foundation for career growth within HR offering a varied and dynamic work experience assisting our HR Manager.

This role will be an integral part of an established HR function, yet providing an exciting challenge. An ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within HR.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

training & development
including development plans and succession planning

- employee welfare - including, absence management, occupational health referrals

HR / Employee Relations offering guidance and advice to line managers & employees on all HR matters, and facilitating meetings inc. grievances and disciplinary investigations / hearings

- general administrative support of the HR database and personnel records

Ideally they will have previous experience of working in a HR role, preferably in an engineering / industrial environment, and will require good I.T.

Skills including Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word & Excel.
