  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the function, in a fastevolving environment.
  • Facilitating change within the department to transform the way we work, by developing and embracing innovative solutions, including the use of data to change the way we work.
  • Maintaining the Internal Audit Methodology and supporting guidance that encompasses industry best practice.
  • Developing and delivering the quality assurance strategy and plan which provides assurance over all aspects of the department.
  • Creating and delivering training to support the ongoing development of knowledge and skills with the department.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of the audit plan.

What you'll bring.

  • Experience of performing internal audits
  • Organised with strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to influence and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience in problem solving, innovation, process improvement and best practice
  • Experience in Financial Services or similar with an indepth knowledge of audit processes or risks and controls
  • Data analytics and visualisation experience.
  • Hold a relevant professional qualifications

What else you need to know.


This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model where you will be required to attend the London/Milton Keynes office 1 to 2 days a week.
