- Supporting the continuous improvement of the function, in a fastevolving environment.

- Maintaining the Internal Audit Methodology and supporting guidance that encompasses industry best practice.
- Developing and delivering the quality assurance strategy and plan which provides assurance over all aspects of the department.
- Creating and delivering training to support the ongoing development of knowledge and skills with the department.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of the audit plan.
What you'll bring.
- Experience of performing internal audits
- Organised with strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to influence and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience in problem solving, innovation, process improvement and best practice
- Experience in Financial Services or similar with an indepth knowledge of audit processes or risks and controls
- Data analytics and visualisation experience.
- Hold a relevant professional qualifications
What else you need to know.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model where you will be required to attend the London/Milton Keynes office 1 to 2 days a week.
