Supporting the continuous improvement of the function, in a fastevolving environment.
Facilitating change within the department to transform the way we work, by developing and embracing innovative solutions, including the use of data to change the way we work.
Maintaining the Internal Audit Methodology and supporting guidance that encompasses industry best practice.
Developing and delivering the quality assurance strategy and plan which provides assurance over all aspects of the department.
Creating and delivering training to support the ongoing development of knowledge and skills with the department.
Supporting the development and maintenance of the audit plan.

What you'll bring.

Experience of performing internal audits
Organised with strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to influence and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

It would also be nice for you to have.

Experience in problem solving, innovation, process improvement and best practice
Experience in Financial Services or similar with an indepth knowledge of audit processes or risks and controls
Data analytics and visualisation experience.
Hold a relevant professional qualifications

What else you need to know.

This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model where you will be required to attend the London/Milton Keynes office 1 to 2 days a week.
