We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Team Assistant.

This position will be based in our Watford office and as part of your role with us, you will be required to be on on-call.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team
Updating customers with information found on our JEMma system or from our engineers
Coordinate and communicate with our engineers and customers
Allocation of jobs, arranging permits
Scheduling in jobs for engineers
Perform general office duties
Skills:
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a team.
Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
