We are committed to delivering unparalleled value for money in reactive maintenance and resolving emergency lock and safe concerns.We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Team Assistant.
This position will be based in our Watford office and as part of your role with us, you will be required to be on on-call.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Updating customers with information found on our JEMma system or from our engineers
- Coordinate and communicate with our engineers and customers
- Allocation of jobs, arranging permits
- Scheduling in jobs for engineers
- Perform general office duties
- Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
