Description

We are a National Locksmiths service looking for enthusiastic person to join our friendly team on our busy helpdesk (this is not a call centre) dealing with our big retailers, hotels & pub chain customers.

Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:30 + overtime (on call schedule)

Salary £18k-£25k depending on experience.


The role requirements are:
Experience in customer service

Good telephone manner.

Immediate start is available (not required)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Watford, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
