Originally formed by the London Borough of Newham as an innovative and independent vehicle for the acquisition and refurbishment of temporary accommodation.

Salary:
£38,745 per annum plus benefits
Requirements:
To ensure our high customer service standards are achieved and core business objectives and performance indicators are met.
To be responsible for achieving individual targets and contributing to overall estate improvement targets for the Housing Services department.
To coordinate and carry out routine site inspections and make appropriate recommendations in relation to communal repairs, fire safety, and general health and safety.
To identify improvements to our estates and working alongside Property Service and Contractors ensure works are completed by agreed timescales and to the high standards our customers expect.
