What you'll be working on

  • You will be managing and evolving the brand visual assets and style guide
  • You will brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into visually compelling stories for all types of marketing assets:
  • presentations
- digital ads
- infographics
- social media graphics
- printed collateral
- video/ animation

  • You will be working on business and company assets

What you need to have

  • 4+ years of relevant experience inhouse or at an agency in a similar role
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing design expertise and intelligent approach to visual problem solving, brand and marketing campaigns.
  • A desire to push the boundaries of how a brand shows up in the world with a clear vision and commercial awareness
  • Advanced knowledge of the latest design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality and a consistently high level of attention to detail
  • Day to day management of workload across a broad range of projects and deadlines.
  • You use data to learn from wins and failures and to inform you designs.

Who you are

  • You have previous experience visually translating brand identity across marketing assets, content and create a visual style that matches a tone of voice.
  • A selfmotivated and positive person that collaborates well with others, and a fast learner that enjoys working in a dynamic environment, ready to take on exciting new challenges
  • Know how to create a consistent visual language that is beautiful, stylish and recognisable.
  • You have experience in collaborating crossfunctionally, to help manage and execute successful social campaigns and product launches.
  • You understand when and how to defend your design decisions and when to compromise on your own views.
  • Positive attitude and team player who work alongside other creatives and stakeholders you take feedback well, developing or reworking ideas to meet the need of the brief
  • You have a willingness to learn and keep up to date with the latest trends
