    Your primary responsibility will be to help drive optimisation of operational processes and administration across the company to drive cost-effectiveness, improving overall organisation and efficiency and providing support on ad hoc projects.

    Collaborate with the COO and internal process stakeholders to scope, ideate and gather necessary data to make a case for operational initiatives.

    Provide research and analysis on various topics as requested, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

    Tasks may range from organising ensuring maintenance of accurate records one day, to sourcing an AI meeting assist tool the next.

    Any other ad hoc projects that help the organisation and smooth administration of business.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actions.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically excel and experience with process mapping and workflow optimisation.
