We create software that provides practical solutions to real business problems - helping businesses to reduce their environmental impact, cut costs and bad debt, and improve cash flow.

Due to maternity leave we are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious software support person to join our development and support team.

Position Summary
Other responsibilities include supporting our in-house team with their IT issues such as installing software and resolving technical problems.

Excellent communication skills are essential, both verbal and written as you will be using our bug tracking system to report defects, feature requests and support incidents using Freshdesk.

Polite and respectful as you will be customer facing and an ambassador of the company. You must have a methodical and analytical mind, have attention to detail and enjoy problem solving.

You will have ability to think through a problem logically and patiently guide unskilled end users through their IT related issues.

Using your intuition is a must.
