Description

Agile Hybrid Homeworking (office base Dereham)

Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Starting Salary at £32,389 per annum pro rata, with future progression opportunities

Essential Car User Allowance of £338.64 per month pro rata

Permanent Contract

About the role

The role involves:

To deliver tenancy and estate management services for the Association

To provide allocation of letting empty homes and management of mutual exchanges

Anti-social case management

Working closely with our Tenancy Support Team and Income Recovery team

Working with professional and voluntary agencies in the development of good neighbourhood relations

To work with professional agencies to safeguard vulnerable adults and children.
