Procurement Officer Inside IR35 Hybrid working - office location Dundee, Livingston, or Glasgow

Essential skills,

  • Current or recent technical public procurement experience
  • Familiar with the Scottish Model of Procurement
  • Experience of running WTO GPA High Value procurement processes. Minimum of 3 years' experience in public sector procurement demonstrating examples of the above.

Desirable skills
A self-aware individual with good written and verbal communication skills. Is able to analyse and use evidence to undertake tasks and endeavours to improve performance.
