The Duties:


  • Work closely with the People & Culture Director and Employee Benefits Director to liaise and comanage relationships with key providers
  • Manage the annual renewal process from the People Team's perspective, identifying and recommending potential future benefits
  • Lead on managing the people aspects of the compliance and regulatory regime
  • Manage liaison with compliance team including FCA data requests and surveys
  • Manage process and task plans for the management and implementation of new of regulatory change.
  • Deal with dismissals, redundancies, and other settlements, as well as any underperformance issues, wellbeing & dispute resolution
  • Support with requests, analysis, and resource planning for peoplerelated aspects of acquisition and integration projects and Induction planning for new starters, contract negotiations and TUPE transfers
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance ofthe people policy
  • Collaborate with the wider ops team to manage People Team tasks associated with the office and operational projects i.e hybrid working logistics
  • Assist with the management of people admin and adhoc requests where necessary.
  • Support the People & Recruitment Officer and People & Culture Director with the recruitment process
  • Must have a minimum 3 years' experience in HR within a financial or professional services environment
  • Be familiar with FCA regulations in an IFA setting or heavily regulated business sector
  • Good work ethic
  • Great attention to detail
  • CIPD Qualified

**Salary: £50000+ with 10% bonus
