About the role

  • You will be required to patrol Councilowned /managed car parks in accordance with a shift pattern and roster (including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
  • To assist and advise members of the public with parking enquiries including the functionality of ticketing machines.
  • To issue Penalty Charge Notices to any vehicles parked in contravention of Cheltenham Borough Councils (Off Street) Parking Orders.
  • Our officers are required to work outside in all weathers patrolling our car parks.
