About the role

You will be required to patrol Councilowned /managed car parks in accordance with a shift pattern and roster (including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
To assist and advise members of the public with parking enquiries including the functionality of ticketing machines.
To issue Penalty Charge Notices to any vehicles parked in contravention of Cheltenham Borough Councils (Off Street) Parking Orders.
Our officers are required to work outside in all weathers patrolling our car parks.
