ZBEdge provide Expert consulting services such as Rapid Recovery that help hospitals increase efficiency and productivity and improve patient outcomes, by streamlining workflows and enhance clinicals protocols throughout the entire care pathway.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Zimmer Biomet's Solutions portfolio in UK/I directly reporting to the EMEA ZBEdge structure.
You will be responsible for targeting strategic accounts where you will implement ZB Edges Solutions such as Rapid Recovery, ROSA Efficient Care, OR Efficiency, to fulfill customer and company objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
- During the presales phase the Solution Consultant supports the selling process in targeting the right accounts and operating as a knowledge specialist when promoting the Programmes.
- Once ZB and customer have agreed on a project, the Solutions Architecture & Delivery Consultant will be in charge of the project management of the program, ensuring that the Solution built delivers/exceeds Customer and ZB agreed goals.
- The Solutions A&D Consultant will work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary hospital teams in order to create value for patients, hospitals and providers
- Optimize interdivisional collaboration and patientcentered integration of hospital treatment processes with the goal of improving quality and reducing costs
- Implementation of the programs, including training / coaching of the clinic staff, advice to the decision makers, moderation of multidisciplinary hospital teams, evaluation of the measures
- Constant learning and capture of best practice examples to further develop existing concepts
- Introduction of new technologies and programmes in the UK/I market

Expected Areas of Competence:
Operational:
- Ensure that Rapid Recovery/ care pathway best practice is developed and delivered at organisational and departmental levels. Challenge ways of working and persuade, motivate and influence to realign the medical practice where necessary.
- Support the (multidisciplinary) Rapid Recovery Team in ensuring that appropriate programme delivery strategies are in line with business objective and are fully implemented.
- Must have an understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagement. Experience and/or knowledge of elective/emergency care services
- Extensive knowledge of specialist areas/equivalent experience/training
Experience:
- Understanding of the Public Healthcare Sector
- Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
- Demonstrable experience of working in the Health Environment
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be able to prioritise own work effectively and be able to direct activities of others.
- Must be able to provide and receive highly complex, sensitive or contentious information, negotiate with senior stakeholders
