The Salesforce CRM Administrator will ensure that we strengthen our proactive approach to maximising sales through sales planning, reporting and bid support through newly implemented Salesforce CRM system.
- Supporting & consolidating monthly, annual, quarterly, and ad hoc sales planning & commercial reporting, specifying requirements at regional and local level to ensure we have overviews of opportunities by station, product and key accounts in a consisting and straightforward manner
- Supporting and consolidating the development of global sales plans, and assisting as required with budget and Three-Year Plan processes
- Leading the measurement, tracking and reporting of sales performance with clear and detailed analysis to identify trends and potential actions to improve performance
- Developing and improving our approach to the CRM, working with Regional Sales Planning Managers to ensure it is properly specified, the functionality meets our needs and delivers simplicity and also that we maximise its use in areas such as ground handling, cargo handling and fuels all with a view to identifying sales opportunities

- Advanced experience of Salesforce CRM system, Power BI, Microsoft
- Ability to quickly grasp the aviation sector and understand the perspectives of airline customers.
- Office products (Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage)
- Experience within a Bid Team as Bid Coordinator or Bid Writer
- Passionate about sales growth, commercially savvy and able to prioritise actions to maximise our approach
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues but produce simple and practical conclusions and ideas
