Compliance Executive:
The role of Compliance Executive is key to ensuring our customer communications are in line with the rules and regulations associated with FS communications, alongside other considerations and drivers, including Consumer Duty and Vulnerable Customers.
The Compliance Executive is responsible for the ongoing compliance of all our customer communications, working very closely with the communications teams, supporting the creation and delivery of communications that support achieving the right customer outcome.
The role holder will also work with stakeholders across the wider business to ensure changes are proactively agreed and applied, supporting the delivery which in turn drives the expected improvements in customer experience and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Responsible for the review and approval of Financial Promotions, feeding back as appropriate, ensuring the provisions of the quality frameworks are applied
- Responsible for ensuring all activities remain compliant with policy, legislation and risk appetite
- To support communications colleagues in the creation and presentation of customer communications materials
- To review and quality assure marketing communications, non FP and delegated approvals feeding back as appropriate and ensuring the provisions of the quality frameworks are applied
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Customer Journey and Operational Communications Design and what drives customer behaviour
- Knowledge of the FS industry and in particular how great communications impacts customer comprehension and experience
- Detailed knowledge of our target customers and their needs, behaviours, instincts and experiential requirements
- Detailed knowledge of operational communications and the impact these have in service environment as well as the restrictions and guidelines applied in regulated financial services industries
- Experience of Financial Promotions and associated processes
- Experience of regulated environments within Financial Services
- Experience of risk and control environments
- Experience in risk management
- Relevant professional qualification
