Associate Director of People - Bridgwater, United Kingdom - Bridge of Hope
Description
The postholder will be involved in all things People within the trust- Assisting Senior HR Business Partners with Business Partnering across the trust
- Will be responsible for managing large scale Organisational Change within the trust
- Assist the trust in attempting to reduce running costs by 30%
- Will be responsible for managing a large scale TUPE into the trust over the next months
- Willing to be hands on with writing workforce reports and presenting information to stakeholders and senior members of the trust
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure the organisation is wellled and highperforming and achieves its strategic and operational objectives
- Utilise your experience in supporting ER casework, tribunals etc.
- Ensure regular and constructive twoway dialogue throughout the organisation so staff feel well informed, valued, and engaged with the objectives of the trust
- Oversee a robust workable policy framework underpinned by reliable, clientfocused, efficient systems and processes.
- Drive system leadership by sharing good practice and resources across the trust
