- To provide practical butchery training workshops to upskill operators in safe and skillful knife use across various shifts as required
- To support and drive the quality food culture across the site
- Extensive knowledge of Primary Processing and carcase meats various species.
- Evidence of ability to identify factors affecting product quality.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and different factory depts as necessary
- Supportive and encouraging approach to skills training
