Paid Social Lead - B2C Services - Up to 45k - Hybrid Working (1 day office based - South Manchester)
Our client are an established B2C services brand who're reinventing their sector in a refreshing and creative way.

This is a new role derived from continuous success where you will join an established team and report directly into the Performance Manager.


The business encourage creative input and you will have autonomy over Paid Social & Display Channels from strategy through to day-to-day optimisation.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Plan, implement, track, analyse and optimise Paid Social and Display campaigns to deliver monthly sales growth and CPA targets
  • Develop a roadmap for continuous testing with defined success metrics, identifying budget required and potential performance benefit to the business
  • Set up and optimise remarketing and prospecting campaigns to achieve required KPI targets
  • Ownership of audience profile and key target areas for all products
  • Production of weekly channel reports highlighting where each channel is against required KPI targets
  • Production of quarterly forecasts for owned digital channels, highlighting where further growth or spend efficiencies can be achieved
  • Creation of seasonal campaign plans to align digital channels and ensure that the strategy, message and offer is cohesive across all channels

Requirements:


  • Proven previous experience delivering Paid Social & Display campaigns across the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Experience of various software tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adwords, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Google Display Network (GDN), Facebook Business Manager, SearchAds360 highly desirable
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to work as part of a widermarketing team
