Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a highly reputable, well established leading Law firm based in Sheffield. We're looking for an experienced Administrator to provide secretarial support to the Partners and Estate Management Team.
What will the role involve?
- Manage diaries and coordinate travel arrangements and bookings on behalf of legal advisors
- Handle expense claims and cheque requisitions
- Manage and update client files, contact details and scan relevant documents
- Handle financial transactions on files, including money transfers
- Compile and send client monthly reports
- Handling incoming calls and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Arrange internal and external meetings and events
- Set up meeting rooms and greet visitors
- Maintain supplies and stationery and liaise with IT for relevant issues.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience as an Administrator or PA, Secretarial support role or similar essential
- Excellent and accurate keyboard skills (typing speed of approximately 60 wpm)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Diary Management experience
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Great team player with a good sense of humour
