Finance Manager - Edinburgh - Hybrid - £65,000

FryerMiles is thrilled to be working with a rapidly growing, top-tier Real Estate Investment management company that has seen consecutive annual growth.

As a result of their continued success, FryerMiles is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join theiralready established team and provide support for client accounts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monthly & Quarterly Reporting

Audit & Statutory Accounts

Direct & Indirect Taxation

Treasury Management

Acquisition & Disposals

Role Requirements:

Knowledge of both direct and indirect UK real estate taxation is required.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Customer-focused approach with a keen attention to detail are essential.

A commercially savvy and professional demeanour

Previous experience with Yardi or similar property management systems, is desirable but not mandatory.
