We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join Simpson Judge as a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Finance team.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing the right talent in our clients' finance divisions.

You will have the opportunity to build relationships with senior leadership within the financial sector.

The company has gone through a rapid growth journey of over 300% in the last 3 years. We are still scaling significantly and looking for talented recruiters to join our high-performing Finance Midlands team.

The Job

You will be working with our Senior Business Manager, on a 360 desk with the opportunity to nurture your own relationships and business, with a particular focus on Finance professionals.
