My client is an organisation that have been established for 8 years in supported living. They are now opening up their own domiciliary care branch in the Romford area.

Key Responsibilities of a Domiciliary Care Manager:

To assist with the growth of a branch in its early stages
To market and advertise the business in the private sector
Work closely with the local authorities
Heavily involved in the recruitment of the business

Domiciliary Care Manager Requirements:

Already has or working towards NVQ Level
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
Experience in dealing with CQC
Personable
A leader rather than a manager
