Casual Host at the ICC and the Vox

The ICC Birmingham and the Vox Conference Centre are two successful and busy venues within the NEC Group. We host over 550 national and international events each year, with over 150,000 delegates.

We have gained an excellent reputation for service delivery and we are constantly pushing the boundaries of event planning and management, to delight our clients and guests.

Are you a team player with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills and a really positive attitude? Are you enthusiastic, reliable and willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service?

We are looking for individuals to work on our events on a casual basis as Hosts at the ICC (City centre venue) and the Vox Conference Centre (on the NEC site).

The shifts are variable and cover daytime, evening & weekends.

As a Host you will be the welcoming face of our venue, meeting and greeting our visitors and assisting them with queries - can you consistently give every one of our visitors a world class welcome, always going that extra mile?

You must have a flexible approach to work within in a 7 day a week operation, including early starts, late finishes and weekends.

Hours will vary according to the needs of our business.
