Resourcing Administrator - Bolton, United Kingdom - Korr
Description
Key responsibilities include:
2-Own the Resourcing ticketing mailbox ensuring all tickets are dealt with appropriately and within agreed SLA's
3-Providing support to enable the effective use of social channels including LinkedIn and Facebook. Posting content, responding to posts, alerting resourcers where required.
4-Working closely with Head of Resourcing and Resourcers to support ad hoc project work and team administration. Set up team meetings, capture and distribution actions. Responsible for team purchase orders and invoice queries.
5-Maintaining productivity data, including, number of interviews scheduled, calls made, tickets handled, social posts, reports run
6-Run weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports. Be able to manipulate base data, utilise excel and pivot tables. Provide timely and accurate reporting that enables insight and analysis.
7-Be the point of contact (all communications channels) when resources are unavailable and support enquiries effectively
8-Gaining working knowledge of recruitment system and supporting system testing as required. Amending system help sheets, recruitment material and guides.
