    Description
    Contentious Probate Solicitor

    I ama currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to join my client in Wrexham as a Contentious Probate Solicitor.

    If you have a passion for law, a strong background in probate disputes, and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, this opportunity is for you.


    Responsibilities:
    Handle a caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration disputes.
    Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert advice to clients.
    Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
    Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as solicitors and barristers, to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
    Stay updated with relevant legislation and legal precedents in the field of contentious probate.


    Requirements:
    Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 2] years of post-qualification experience in contentious probate.
    Strong knowledge of probate law, estate administration, and inheritance rights.
    Demonstrated experience in handling and successfully resolving contentious probate cases.
    Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
    Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
    Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
    Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
