One of our clients, is currently seeking an Office Manager for their operations based in High Wycombe.Core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting Management in establishing and maintaining office procedures.
- Be an effective point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Review and validate supplier invoices, experience in Xero would be an added advantage
- Experience of posting invoices on systems and liaising with the accounts department to manage supplier payments
- Issue statements and invoices and chase debt from customers
- Manage daily office operations and resolve issues that arise
- Manage site recruitment including carrying out interviews, onboarding, and employee schedules and general employee relations matters
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Be a team player but also demonstrate leadership and team management qualities
- Strong numerical abilities
- Basic knowledge of health and safety compliance within manufacturing environment
