Description
We are looking for someone to provide front line leadership and management to a team of Rehoming & Welfare Assistants and Coordinators, ensuring excellent animal care and welfare standards alongside a high-quality delivery of customer service.
About usAt Battersea, we aim to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help.
We give each one lots of love and expert care and get to know their characters and quirks so we can find them a new home that's just right for them.

We also help people make informed choices when getting a pet, we provide training and welfare advice, and we campaign for changes in the law when we see that dogs and cats or their owners deserve better.
Join us and help us be here for every dog and cat, wherever they are, for as long as they need us.
Our Dog Operations team is responsible for delivering the highest standards of animal welfare and care for every dog in their journey through Battersea, from intake, to their care and assessments and then to rehoming.
