The Opportunity
The role is a senior leadership role reporting to the Account Lead.

The role is accountable for ensuring that change of all types from all sources is prioritised effectively and lands successfully within the organisation.

Working closely with IT the postholder will ensure that we maximise the capability of our technology and get the best possible service from all parts of our IT estate.

Through managing our controls and notifiable events the individual will provide an external perspective on the operationsand help us proactively reduce operational risk.

You'll be:

Collating, prioritising and executing (in partnership with impacted business areas) upcoming change
Running a business readiness team that ensures for all types of change have the appropriate amount of readiness activity and land successfully
Creating a Continuous Improvement capability that consistently delivers improvements that have a measureable impact on our key objectives
Working with IT platform and infrastructure teams to get the best possible service delivered to our operation
Have proven senior leadership skills and managed in a Change Portfolio environment.
Have strong verbal and written communication, and able to solve complex problems
Managed stakeholders and demonstrated success in managing operational and centralised change functions
