What will your job look like?:

Well this certainly isn't your average desk job, that's for sure Think Job Fairs, Recruitment Days, and lots of creative ways to get people through our front door to bolster the team.

Local employment agencies are there to help too, and it'll be up to you to decide how we can utilise their expertise to support our own efforts.

You'll need to figure out what local jobseekers are "really" after and, with the help of our People Team and the DC Team, what it is we can offer them that will help us stand out against local competition.

And of course you'll also need to shout about it too, using social media, college notice boards and local advertising to find the best way to reach potential applicants.

It's numbers game, and tracking progress is vital so we can mix it up if it's not quite going to plan.

What are we looking for?:

We're looking for a creative thinker who isn't afraid to think 'outside the box'. If you like saying things like "What if" or "How about", you're on the right track.

It's a competitive market and you need to be able to stand out and be heard, so energy and positivity are a must.

Not everything you try will be a hit; but if you're happy to dust yourself off, learn from the experience and try something else, that's what really counts.

Finally, you'll need to hit the ground running so we need somebody who can bring a bit of experience to the table, both with recruitment and managing suppliers - you don't have to be a seasoned pro, but something you can draw from when the going gets tough would be a big help.
