Summary

Working with the Group Financial Director ensure the accuracy of statutory and management accounts reporting, and to ensure that financial plans and budgets are up-to-date and appropriately communicated.

Moreover, to oversee and manage financial policies, proceduresand processes and to oversee all transactional processes managed by the finance team.


The Role

  • Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts
  • Preparation of Management Accounts
  • Manage and develop financial controls and systems
  • Control an accurate costing system.
  • Keep policies, procedures and processes up to date
  • Manage and report cash flows
  • Assist in the preparation, review and update of Financial Plans and Budgets
  • Coordinate budget management function with the Group Financial Director
  • Oversee treasury management and loan administration
  • Lead the preparation of standard financial reports to the Board and Executive
  • Provide leadership and development of the finance team
  • Monitor overall performance of finance resources
  • Inspire and influence teams to deliver against organizational strategies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Right Person

  • Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or similar)
  • Post qualification experience in a similar role
  • Solid Communication, Organisational and Finance skills
  • Be able to use Excel to an advanced stage with knowledge of "Pivot Tables" and "V lookup"

The Package

  • Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
  • Hours: 37.25 hours per week (8.45am till 5.15pm Mon to Thurs and 8.45am to 5.00pm Fridays)
  • Permanent
  • Office Based role with on site parking
