  TSR Legal have recently partnered with a multi office regional heavy weight law firm based in Cardiff in their search for either a Senior Associate or Partner to lead the Construction team based in Cardiff. Our client's construction team have enjoyed a period of significant growth and expansion across the UK and are now looking to strength the department with the addition of a Senior Solicitor in Cardiff.
  
  Our clients Construction team operate across the breadth of all its offices and provide advise on the full life cycle of construction projects across the United Kingdom. The team currently consists of 10 fee earners and support staff advising on range of construction matters including, contractual structures, due diligence, building contracts, framework agreements. The team have a fantastic reputation across Wales and England in advising a broad range of UK infrastructure projects, working with major retailers, public bodies, housing associations, national house builders and commercial landowners.
  
  To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate with a minimum of 6 years post qualification experience working with a construction team on either non-contentious or contentious construction matters, familiar with a range of contracts, the ability to lead and develop more junior members of the team.
