We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Valuer/Lister to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Cardigan working in our well known John Francis estate agency.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Valuer/Lister
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Valuer/Lister
John Francis Estate Agent has been serving the property needs of customers since 1873 and annually we sell more properties in the SA post code than any other agent. We have an extensive 19 strong branch network throughout West Wales, each conveniently located in town centres. All our branches are linked, enabling us to promote properties throughout the region.
