Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Consumer Credit

Bradford (2 days office, 3 days working from home per week)

£25k - £34k + benefits

Are you looking to move from a Quality Assurance or Complaints position into a dedicated 2nd line Compliance role?

Are you frustrated by the lack of opportunities to do so?

You'll also be joining a highly supportive, high-performing Compliance team, all on hand to ensure that you settle in well and are up to speed as soon as possible.

And the business is growing.

The Compliance department is expanding as a result (this vacancy has arisen as a result of a promotion for example).

And that means there will be opportunities for you to continue to develop your career beyond this position.

You'll support various managers meaning you'll get exposure to Compliance Advice, Monitoring and Assurance.

You'll assist with horizon scanning, support the review and updating of compliance policies and processes and undertake routine compliance monitoringchecks.


You'll also support the identification, rating and tracking of risks, issues and breaches through to closure as well as prepare periodic MI reports for reporting to governance committees.

As I said, this is a great, broad role that will give you a fantasticplatform on which to build your Compliance career.


You'll have gained a couple of years' experience in a Quality Assurance or Complaints role within a Financial Services environment.

Any experience of consumer lending (and hence relevant regulations including CONC, DISP and SYSC) would be advantageous butis not essential.

You'll also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
