London, Hybrid 1 day a week in office
up to £45,000

Do you love rolling your sleeves up and really getting involved?

Wrapping your arms around your own stakeholder group that is big enough to be busy and challenging, yet small enough to be high touch owning the whole end to end HR piece - having control - making impact.

Not every day do you get the opportunity to work with a company that has a passion for excellence.

It's a role that's going to be super busy, and very varied, so you'll need to turn your hand to all sorts - ER (especially TUPE) recruitment, benchmarking, occupational rformance management, that goes with managing your own stakeholder group - right to work,contracts, pay reviews, reporting.

They are quite specific in terms of what they're looking for in this appointment - you will have partnered a population within the retail space, ideally within a large matrix organisation, and been responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

You'llneed to be super organised, highly collaborative, resilient, and have dealt with passionate stakeholders.

You'll be confident working with HRIS and using Excel and have a really good grasp of employment law and best practice.

Ideal for a junior HRBP ready to step up.

You must have the right to work in the UK.
