Senior HR Business Partner
Up to £80,000 or day rate £500-£550 - DOE

Location:
Southall - hybrid minimum 4 days on site - ideally 5
FTC - 12 months

What skills do I need for this role - A background is in Human Resources and you will have developed a range of proven skills to ensure you integrate the needs of the business with a great people agenda

You should have In-depth knowledge of employment law, working with unions, manufacturing and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on complex / sensitive legal issues.

Highly developed influencing skills combined with the ability to manage a challenging and diverse client base and strong business acumen
