Reporting to the Reward Director you will be part of a well respected team that deliver to the highest of standards, you will design, evaluate and administer employee benefit programmes globally.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Responsible for the annual renewal of all Benefits across the group, making recommendations where required to ensuring alignment with market practice and company values.
  • Responsible for ongoing management of all Benefits including resolving complex queries and establishing/auditing of administration processes.
  • Provide management information and administration around invoicing & budgets, usage and membership analysis.
  • Provide education to leaders, employees and potential employees to ensure they understand their benefits and how to make selections and tax implications.
  • Provide guidance and insights into how benefits align with statutory provisions, change regulations, new jurisdictions and market forces.
  • Work with Global broker and suppliers to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Work in partnership with the Payroll team on annual tax reporting of benefits.
  • Provide support in the delivery of the wider Reward strategy as required

Skills, knowledge, expertise:


  • Previous experience of managing benefits in multi Jurisdictions.
  • Demonstrated ability to research new countries and changing legislation
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and understand the need for change and embraces it in a positive manner.
  • Experience of developing strong partnerships with external vendors and brokers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage, manipulate and present large quantities of data.
  • Strong project management/planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to quickly build and manage relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
