The Role
Hickory is seeking to hire some fantastic Kitchen Porters. Based at Eskmills Venue Musselburgh, which is where we build all our menus and prep all our events.

Key Deliverables
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

Washing up, cleaning, and clearing all kitchen areas.
Unloading and putting away deliveries.
Emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly.
Occasionally helping with food prep work.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks to a high standard while unsupervised.
Assist in upkeep of kitchen equipment.

Salary:
£10.90 per hour

Due to the nature of our business and according to the workload additional working hours may be necessary. During busy periods working hours may be varied and can occasionally include unsocial hours and weekends.
