Marketing Administrator**
Reports To : Chief Commercial Officer

Bristol - Hybrid home working


Salary Range:
£22,000 to £24,000 per annum**
Introduction

The role


The Marketing team is a key function for the Swiis group, and the Marketing Administrator role will be responsible for a wide range of Marketing administrative tasks across all business sectors.


Therefore, the role requires someone with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail including written skills and accuracy and be willing to juggle several tasks at a time.


Professional telephone skills are essential as this role is the main representative of the Marketing team, therefore your communication skills need to be exemplary.


The role will be the main support for other Marketing team members as needed, including supporting social media campaigns where required.


Essential qualities


Swiis are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, and who thrives in the administration and coordination of the marketing team's endeavours.


You must:


  • Have either undertaken recent university study in Marketing (Batchelors or similar) or recent administrator employment within a Marketing team.
  • Be proactive with a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
  • Be organised & supportive of others
  • Have impeccable written and verbal English
  • An understanding of the importance of brand
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Efficient and highly organised
  • Pragmatic and confident with a 'can do' attitude

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm.

Swiis operates a hybrid working model, allowing our staff to split the working week between office and home working.
