    Accounts Receivable Role Overview:
    NC Associates, in exclusive partnership with our client, are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to handle finance transactions accurately. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to enhance your skills and expertise.

    Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:

    • Process and record Chargeback defences efficiently
    • Perform balance sheet reconciliations for card payments and refunds
    • Ensure timely completion of monthly bank reconciliations within SLA
    • Accurately post transactions and allocate funds against orders
    • Meet and exceed set targets individually and as a team
    • Develop strong relationships internally for exceptional results and customer service
    • Participate in training programs to enhance system knowledge and communication skills
    • Display effective communication and professionalism at all levels

    Experience Required:

    • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger roles
    • Proficiency in banking operations and reconciliations desirable
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
    • Highly organized with a proactive approach
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Advanced Excel skills are a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
