Senior Site Manager - Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire

Start date:
Early February

Salary:
£65k+, Bonus and car allowance

We are currently working with one of the UK's biggest residential developers who are looking for a senior site manager to take a new build retirement residential project from start to finish.

You will work with the project manager to oversee sub-contractorson site and an assistant site manager.

Being no1 on site
Experience on residential projects, multiple units.
Taking projects from start to finish
Experience with groundworks, externals and internals

Duties will include:

- manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force
- monitoring subcontractors
- checking materials
- inspecting work
