Our client specializes in the acquisition and management of residential properties across Greater London, and they've got the experience to back it up.
The two Directors have a combined 40 years of experience working within the London property market, including launching a successful high street lettings agency in 2008 and securing the sale of that business five years later to one of the UK's largest property groups.
Now, they're looking to expand their team and bring on a Trainee Property Co-ordinator to join the fun.If you're a recent graduate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys responsibility, and recognizes the benefits of working within a small business, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Managing new tenancy and renewal tenancy administration
- Ensuring safety certificates are up to date and compliance items are met
- Conducting site visits and midtenancy property inspections
- Liaising with tenants to resolve any tenancy issues
- Project management of certain refurbishment works at properties
- Liaising with thirdparty contractors and letting agents
- Providing general support to our Property Management team
- Assisting colleagues to successfully deliver our Concierge Service to clients
- Management of marketing campaigns, customer feedback, and website updates

Pay:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
