We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Administrator to support our inpatient clinical teams within the Acute Inpatient Services based at Northgate Hospital.
The role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.
The role is offered on a permanent basis working 28 hours per week.
NSFT provides child and adult mental health services, alcohol treatment, learning disability support, wellbeing and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.
We are looking for an administrator who is well organised, motivated and has strong communication skills to join Acute Services.
Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an inpatient setting is essential.
The role will include call handling, face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike, data entry, typing, minute taking, filing and other general administrative office duties.
You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust's EPR.
Working hours will be 28 hours covering - Monday to Friday.
The position is based at the Northgate Hospital, ~Great Yarmouth with on site free parking.
Occasional travel may be required and flexibility essential.
