WHAT TO EXPECT

This exciting opportunity is right at the heart of our development intentions in the Solihull plant.

The individual will be a key member of the newly forming People Transformation Team within the Site strategy and Transformation department.

We need an eager and motivated professional to provide administrative support with activities related to the leader development program in Solihull, as well as other development programs or activities run by the department.


In this role, the individual will be tasked to ensure a smooth run of the development activities from the organisational point of view and to track and measure their impact and participants satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Arranges visitor access and agree who will host the facilitator at the location
  • Creates scheduled offering
  • Chases outstanding attendance records and update SuccessFactors
  • Determines if facilitator has access to SuccessFactors
  • Actively support team members
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to support them in organising smooth logistics for production and maintenance colleagues working on shifts without negative impact on production objectives

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Knowledge and Experience

  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to multitask and deliver results consistently in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Highly confident communication and interpersonal skills, ability to use these for stakeholders management
  • Ability to analyse data and transform them to a summary and lessons learnt
