We are currently seeking an Essential Skills Tutor to take charge of providing and internally verifying Essential Skills qualifications for learners based in Northern Ireland:

• Must drive and have a personal vehicle for traveling to conduct face-to-face sessions with learners (mileage costs covered)
• Candidates should hold a degree in Maths, along with a recognized teaching qualification ideally at Level 5 or higher, and/or relevant experience in essential skills delivery

• Plan and deliver training to meet internal and external standards and requirements
• Develop and deliver suitable training materials and programs to address organizational learning needs
• Offer guidance and support to assist learners/employees effectively with the Essential Skills e-Learning system
• Provide support to learners individually and in groups, ensuring timely completion of final tests
• Record learner support evidence in the Maytas system while following compliance and audit protocols
• Collaborate with Managers on learner planning and profiling to ensure timely Essential Skills completions
• Administer end tests as per Invigilation procedures
• Internally verify essential skills where delivered by other Tutors in alignment with IQA strategy
• Develop sampling plans based on risk and IQA strategy
• Ensure verification records comply with Inspiro Quality Assurance Procedures

• Salary of £27,606 rising to £28,109 post-probation, with additional benefits such as 25 days of leave, pension scheme, and mileage coverage

• Full-time, Permanent

• £27,606.00-£28,109.00 per year

• Free or subsidized travel

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends
