Description

Head Baker you will be responsible for all boulangerie items such as baguettes and bread.


You will be part of a large bakery team and be exported to share your skills and knowledge with those working along alongside.

The ideal person will be a team player who is experienced and baking and can supervise and train others in a large Kitchen.

This bakery is very prestigious and exceptionally busy and offers many benefits with accomadation available.


Other skills that will be required from head baker:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Confident, professional and friendly
  • Ability to deal with high profile clients and large banquets in a professional manner

Salary:
£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
