    What you'll be doing

    You will have the following accountabilities:

  • The engineering organisational structure is deployed and fit for purpose
    Competency assessments are carried to gain DPE acceptance for all CREs
  • Manage and administer - Authority to Work (AtW) cards and also the Responsible/ Authorising Manager to appoint competent personnel, for example; Handing the Track Back Safely and Raising Removing Speed Restrictions
  • Undertake regular COMAEA reviews to access the competence and performance of CREs.
  • Produce and manage an Interface management plan between CREs design and construction
  • Engagement of the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor and other CDM duty holders
  • Compliance with applicable standards, legislation, contract requirements/specifications
  • Control of quality assurance, document control and asset management process
  • Management of Systems Safety Engineering (CSM RE&A, Eis T&C, Systems Integration)
  • Design delivery is integrated with construction to meet programme and budget
  • Management and demonstration of health, safety and sustainability by design
  • Implement a robust IDC process and chair IDC meeting
  • Who we're looking for

  • Proven competency and experience to meeting requirements of NR/L2/INI/02009
  • Leads and manages project technical assurance & compliance
