We are looking for our next Dual Security Supervisor to lead a team of security officers in our Oxford Street and Victoria site.

As our new Security Supervisor, you will receive:

Reporting to the Head of Security, you will have a proven track record in leading teams and managing teams within security, particularly in organizing rotas and ensuring efficient team levels.

Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations is also crucial for this role. You will possess expertise in training new security officers and conducting thorough inductions. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with staff, clients, and management effectively. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges are also highly valued attributes.
