    About the Role
    Position: Commercial Finance Manager
    Location: Perth or Glasgow
    Salary: £47,600 - £71,600 plus performance-related bonus and benefits
    Work Schedule: Full Time, Permanent, Flexible First options available

    Join SSE Renewables as a Commercial Finance Manager focusing on Onshore Wind, Solar & Battery (OWSB) operations. This role involves enhancing performance, conducting business analysis, strategic planning, and budgeting activities, partnering closely with senior business roles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead forecast, budget, and planning activities with stakeholder approval, providing financial insights.
    • Analyze asset performance, commercial optimization, and operational costs.
    • Contribute to business improvement projects, review commercial contracts, and provide financial insights.
    • Assist in project investment cases and present financials at various meetings.

    Requirements

    • Qualified Accountant with 2+ years PQE in finance management roles.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
    • Experience in project-driven businesses and contract management.
    • Ability to interpret data sources, communicate financial performance effectively.
